| 1 Hour Predicted Delivery Window One the morning of your delivery you will receive an email with an estimated delivery time, so you don't have to wait in all day. If the time is inconvenient there is a link on the email to re-arrange the delivery for a more convenient day. Express Delivery Charges The following delivery options are available, with 1 hour predicted delivery window:
Please note we do not deliver to the following locations: Isle of Scilly, Channel Islands. *Next day services are not available to some Scottish locations (typically Aberdeen and beyond), in that case the delivery will be 2 working days. Pre-10, Pre-12 and Saturday deliveries are not available to Scotland. Delivery Method Packages are dispatched by Courier and will require a signature, do not place an order if there will be nobody available to sign for it. Orders can be delivered to your home or work address. Timescales The cut-off time for next day deliveries is 15:30, orders received after that time will normally be dispatched on the following working day. Items are never dispatched or delivered on weekends or national holidays. Delivery times are estimates only, no delivery times are guaranteed. |
